borderless kde window theme?

I was curious... i have a sweet idea for how to make my linux look how i want it but have had NO luck finding answers. im not real good with linux yet but i have a decent understanding of general stuff. my idea is having a translucent window, with translucent components(combo boxes, text, etc). then, there should be NO window border, only a title bar that is also borderless/translucent. maybe this sounds like poor functionality but i think if i could get it together, it would look sweet. lemme know if there is a resource or method that im overlooking. thanks in advance
