There is a possibility to run a boot loader like GRUB. I currently use the GRUB to dual boot Windows XP and RedHat 9.0. The most important part is ensuring that windows installs on the first sector of the drive(it's installed first), windows has a bad habit of default choosing the first sector of the drive. Then you can set up linux to boot from the GRUB during installation.
