bootloader help

yo uh i have a raid card that has 2 hard drives, each master on own channel. then i have 2 hard drives on built in IDE. i installed mandrake linux on raid channel 1; and i seem to only have the ability to boot off of raid(scsi)0 in my bios, so im kinda stuck with not being able to boot linux. i have a winme installed on one of my IDE hard drives, so if i put the boot loader in that drive (name HD0 in bios) will i still be able to boot winme and have linux boot reading raid channel 1 it was installed on?
