Booting XP on a RAID 5 logical partition

Hi

This is probably a very straightforward question (I hope). I currently run Windows XP Professional, installed on three 9.1GB drives configured as raid 5. The raid controller is an AMI mega raid Enterprise 1200 RAID Controller. I have installed a 6 GB IDE drive as the master on the primary IDE channel. I have then installed Red Hat 7.3 on the IDE drive using GRUB as the boot loader.

Although this boots directly into Red Hat, I cannot seem to configure an option for booting XP. When I disconnect the IDE drive, XP boots as default suggesting that the MBR is on the IDE drive. I am new to Linux and would appreciate any guidance available.

Cheers

It's not really an answer, but i have installed Mandrake 9.0, which by default has made the XP Partition accessible under LILO.
