Currently I use a floppy to boot linux because it it installed on the same partition that my windows is on. It takes a very long time to load. How can i make it boot faster?

Thanx

The only other way to get it to startup faster is to install whichever bootloader you are using into the MBR.

you can edit out what you don't need on startup.. modules, services.. etc..

or a faster computer always works too
