boot suse with redhat bootdisk

I'm booting Suse Linux 7.2 using the Redhat 8.0 boot disk.
And I've got the error while booting,

kmod: failed to exec /sbin/modprobe -s -k ide-cd, errno = 2
hda: driver not present
mount: error 6 mounting ext3
pivotroot: pivot_root(/sysroot, /sysroot/initrd) failed: 2
umount /initrd/proc failed: 2
Freeing unused kernel memory: 212k freed
Kernel panic: No init found. Try passing init= option to kernel.

How do i do?

You could go to suse.com and download the bootdisk floppy image and boot that.
