boot logs in mandrake 8.2
 

hi one and all

i've been having problems getting mandrake 8.2 to boot properly and would like to retrieve the boot logs from rescue mode although im having problems locating the directory where they are stored.

anyone know how to retrieve these logs

log files are usually under /var/log. If you are booting from a rescue disk it might be under /mnt/var/log

ok ive made a note of that, thanks for your help :)
