Boot-Logo

Is it possible to set a boot-logo that's being displayed instead of any boot-messages, irrespective of the linux distribution ?

Mandrake does it, don't know how or why :)

Personally I find that annoying 'cause you
never know why exactly it's taking so damn long
to boot ;)

In my good lean Slack everything rushes past in a
third of the time, and I'm happy with that ... :}

Cheers,
Tink
