Boot IMG for PXE Boot

Hello Everybody,

Greetings!!

Of course I am a new user in Linux enviro. Joined this forum to understand the things.

Main concern to start using Linux is for creating PXE Boot environment using CCBOOT. Searching for Linux Boot Image file and solution for creating RDP to use windows.

Thanks in anticipation.

Ajay Patel.

You're sure going the long way around this.

There are all sorts of pxe and gpxe/ipxe images to remote load a thin client and have a RDP to windows. CCboot is more of a iscsi boot to a storage server. It is not what you want I'd think. You can if you have enough memory on the clients run any number in iscsi installed OS's. This is not a typical thin client use. It is a different way to use a hard drive. Same kind of ideas, different implementation.

I'd go to 2X.com for their thin client disk and pxe it or use their server.

I think thin client 5 at sourceforge should work too.
