bookmarks erased


whenever i restart my computer and run linux, all my bookmarks in firefox are erased, i cant figure out why, can anyone help me?

Dont take this the wrong way but are you sure you saved the bookmarks correctly?

um..im positive i saved the bookmarks the right way, i clicked on bookmarks, and then 'bookmark this page' and then saved it in the bookmarks toolbar folder

The Bookmarks Toolbar Folder does not save the bookmarks in favorites( at least on my system), It puts them on the toolbar. But on my other system they are saved into the Toolbar bookmards folder. Try to save the bookmarks to a created folder or just in bookmarks.
