bonobo.ui problem

Hi ;]

I have the same bonobo.ui problem ;[

[root@localhost]# redhat-config-printer-gui
Fatal Python error: could not import bonobo.ui

I cannot do rm -rf /usr/lib/python2.2/site-packages/bonobo (as advised @ redhat mailing list) because there is no such directory 'bonobo' in site-packages.

There's is one 'bonobo' in /usr/lib/python2.2/site-packages/gtk-2.0/. I deleted it and the sam problem occurs.

Please give me some hints how to fix the problem.
Running RedHat 8.0

Try this as root:

rpm -e libbonobo --nodeps
apt-get install libbonobo (if you have apt4rpm of course, otherwise find the rpm somewhere else)

I had the same problem, this solved it.

I also have this problem, and I had change to libbonobo from RH 8.0 to RH 9.0, the problem still exist.
