blackbox and X

I used to have the "Twice" theme on BlackBox, but then i wanted to change
it so I got the new theme and set it up and everything.. however when i change it
and then (after some time) close X, restart BlackBox or restart Linux,
Twice will again be the theme, when i start it up again.
How can I stop that?

And another thing.. I have 800x600, but some windows are too big.. can
they be auto-resized or something?

What is it that you're setting to use ONLY 1024x768? BB will not use resolutions that aren't available in your XF86Config you need to be changing that.
