I would recommend moving over to Fedora Core 5 as it is free, gets more updates, there is no subscription required and it can do everything RHEL can do
Actually, rather than Fedora, CentOS may be a better move as it's basically the RHEL code, with the same updates made available, but for free. That way, there's no moral or ethical debate about pulling in updates for a subscription service via BitTorrent without having paid for it
I am sure its perfectly legal to get hold of RHEL without a subscription because most of the apps are gpled (its always best to ask the distro maintainer). The only problem would be that without a subscription you cannot get any updates, so this is not really a good thing. You may as well use a free RHEL rebuild like CentOS, Whitebox etc.
