I would like to know, in your opinions, which distribution is the best for hosting a server(web,games,etc)

questions like this are asked all the time, try a search other than that nearly anydistro done with a minimal is good for a server, look into slackware or a BSD flavor then head over to www.distrowatch.com for a comprehensive list of distributions and a description of each then you can decide for yourself
