Hi Please tell me if is it possible how can i back up MySql database in Linux.I mean with some Linux command,script,program etc.

Hello,

The easiest and fastest way would be using the mysqldump command. Check out the options using:

man mysqldump

.

It can easily used in scripts and such to automate a regular backup.

You could also look at http://www.zmanda.com/backup-mysql.html. It will manage MySQL backups, including incrementals from transaction logs. There is the community edition that you can download and use for free. Or if you were a company whose business depended on MySQL, you could get a service contract and the enterprise edition.
