Backing up FC4 to put on new server

I have a Dell 2950 with issues and now have a new Dell of a different flavor to put FC6 on and run the apps I have on the old one. I would like to back up a LOT of the directories and move them to the new server. What is the easiest way to do this for someone who isnt CLI savvy enough yet to know all the programms. So far I am able to backup and move all the MySQL databases, so that is a non issue, but I also have ISPConfig with several sites I need to move, along with Tacacs+ and Rancid CVS that MUST be saved as it is a history of router and switch backups. Does backup exec work for something like this?

I don't know if there is an "easy" way to do this. I would copy the apps and it's dependencies over to your new server. How did you copy the mysql database over (ie. scp, rsync, etc..)? Then run the app to see what fails. You'll probably encounter missing libraries and so forth so you'll need to copy them over to their respective paths.
