Azureus "flush fails"

I want Azureus to store its downloaded data on a FAT partition. I have more free space there.
When download begins, I got a status error: "save flush fails". I think it is becouse of some stupid quality of the FAT filesystem. Is there an Azureus option which fixes that? Or anything else that helps?
