AVI-Video ---> SVCD possible?


Hi all,

is there a possibility to convert .avi - videos to SVDīs??

I was looking for a howto but I didnīt find one...
Are there progs for convert avi -> SVCD ??

PS: I use Debian Sarge, kernel 2.6.6-1
