Question

HI!

I installed Arcserve for Linux on Redhat 7.0

To start the program you have to type the following:

LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$LD_LIBRARY_PATH:/usr/local/CAlib/
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH
/opt/ARCserveIT/sbin/astart

I put these line into a file "abatch" and made it executable. When I log in under root and type "abatch" the program starts perfectly.

Then I try to put the following line in the rc.local to autostart my batch job

/opt/ARCserveIT/sbin/abatch

But this doesn't work. I always get Set enviroment variable first as error message.

Can anyone help me with this??? Thanks...
