Exclamation Auto Startup


hi,

I have Fedora Core 5, and i want to startup xampp, where all programs like http, php, msql start.
How can i do that, xampp already have program created that i just in root can start, and then all server can be started, but not automatic.
I want also auto startup a gameserver.

Plz help me.

open a terminal and log in as root and edit the file :
Code:
/etc/rc.local
Add the command that you want to run to the end of the file, on its own line.

... and that should be it. When computer boots that service should start.

Why not just install AMP using the Fedora Core packages and then use the System -> Services entry in your menu to enable apache and mysql to start at boot up.
