ATI All-In-Wonder Rage 128 setup
hi,
I've set up an old computer as a RedHat 9 box to do a few things on and one of the things that I specifically wanted to get working is the ATI Rage 128 video card in it. I have tried the GATOS drivers, but they have not worked at all. I was wondering if maybe I'm configuring them incorrectly, and probably the easiest way to check that is if someone knows of an easy way to test them. I have tried to use the instructions on the GATOS website, but they have not helped much, if someone knows of a good tutorial or something which describes the process more in depth, that would help. I would like to eventually get video capture and TV out to work so that I can watch DVDs on my television, but run them off of the linux box. I am probably seeming quite vague, but please just ask if you need any more information. Thanks in advance. I don't use that card, so I can't give specific help, but perhaps these will help:
