Question apt-get sources.list in RedHat

I am using RedHat 9 and just install apt4rpm, I wanna upgrade some of my packages.

I wanna add more sources to the default source list........ my question is
How do I know the apt repositories then add them to list?????
I went to ayo.freshrpms.net but seem that I can't find anything.

Anyone can help with this NEWBIE would be really appreciated.

Why is fhleung going through all his or her old posts and commenting on how they were a "stupid question"? this is at least the second post from 2004 that has suddenly been revived by fhleung.
