APF deny list?

I have APF installed and trying to block IP's by range and also anonymous / blackholed proxies

Example:

http://www.blackholes.us/ (click to see the list of blackholed proxies)

How can I grab a full list and just paste deny list?

I would appreciate anyone's help.

Perhaps you should try reading the doc's first.. http://rfxnetworks.com/apf/README
Then when you have more specific questions or don't understand something, ask here!
