Apache help

Hi All

The problem I have is this:
I have a URL: www.example.com/ss.xsl/home.html
Now I want that very same URL to be accessible without the ss.xsl bit, like this:
www.example.com/home.html

At the moment if I type in the URL without the ss.xsl bit, I simply get:

ACCESS RESTRICTED BY IP

In fact, if I type in any URL using a page that doesn't even exist it still gives the above message.

Is there any setting in Apache that will

1) Enable usage of URLs without having to enter ss.xsl?
2) Disable the ACCESS RESTRICTED BY IP message?

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Move the page home.html into the root directory (/var/www/). The fact that it is defined in /var/www/ss.xsl/ means that you have to look in that directory to load the page.
