Anyone know the file that the xp boot loader calls when I select Ms Win Xp H edition?

I currently boot linux and xp from the xp boot loader, however it is very bland and I don't like it. In Grub whenever I do the chainloader +1 after rootnoverify (hd1,0), it just takes me back to the windows boot loader. I want to make it so that the windows boot loader automatically loads grub [know how to do that] and then i can select linux in grub [no prob there] or Windows XP [problem]. I can't seem to get grub to load the xp boot sequence, whatever and wherever it is. Can anyone help?
