Any way to refresh a browser after pushing Ctrl+s (save) in an IDE ?

Hi,

is there any way to refresh a browser after pushing Ctrl+s (save) in a IDE?

I don't know what are the tags for searching about it in Google...

It would be a good hack for web developers.

Regards

Javi

I searched 'javascript auto refresh' and got a lot of morsels. I'm sure there's some AJAX trick for checking for changes in the server file, but this will do in a pinch:
