Any software to convert .3g2 files to .mpg?

I searched around and found out how to view the .3g2 movie files, but I want to convert to .mpg or some other popular format. I want to put them on my website, www.mebreezy.com, but not with .3g2 which is a format for most 3rd generation phones with video capabilities.

Any suggestions here? Oh, I'm using Ubuntu 5.1 so possibly an apt-get way of getting it?

t@b Media Converter claims to be able to convert Nokia Video. If you experience problems with missing sound that's probably got to do with a missing AC3 codec or something with AMR. Search their forum or Gmane for a possible fix or ask the maintainers.

I have a new Motorola E815 Cell Phone. It can take short video clips and photos. I can transfer said video clips from the phone to my computer using Bluetooth. When I try to play the clips in mplayer, I get video but no sound. Also, I'd like to be able to convert them to AVI or MPEG to make them more "friendly" to e-mail to less tech savvy people in my family. (So they can just download and play them in Windows Media Player with the default codecs)

I'm using Gentoo.

I'm using mplayer-1.0_pre8 compiled with the following USE flags:
X aac alsa arts dvd encode esd gif ipv6 joystick jpeg lirc mad opengl oss png sdl truetype unicode vorbis win32codecs xv

I'm using ffmpeg-0.4.9_p20060530 compiled with the following USE flags:
aac amr encode ogg oss sdl truetype vorbis zlib

I'm an ffmpeg newbie, so if anybody could give me what USE flags I need and a set of ffmpeg flags, it would be greatly appreciated. If there's any more information that might help somebody solve my problem, please let me know.

Thanks for any help you can provide!

Converting 3g2 sound to various formats

I just found this thread, and had just discovered that Audacity can convert the 3g2 sound to whatever format Audacity supports.
