Question any ideas what happened?

Just wondering if someone knows why i got this error msg and how not to get it agin hopefully?
Ive had an uptime for about 130days and havent added any new services or programs but one day everything frooze and i had to use the reset button .....
this is the entries thats left after i did the reset , the only thing is that i dont know if it managed to log why it crashed or all went with the reset.
Maby this is just an error when it rebooted?
