Address Book Application
 

Hi:

I have been looking for a Linux application that will provide a good address book.

Softpedia has an app called Icemac but I have never heard of it-

These address books are for large companys or corporation I believe-
Don't need something that elaborate.

My software center has 'Zhone' and 'Kontact' in which within the description doesn't mention if it is for the KDE or Unity envirnment or not.

Can you reccommend a good address book for friends and family; kindly-

Kontact is a standard part of KDE. It's a perfectly good address book.

Check you email program. Most email address books have spaces for all the information. Also check 'evolution' and some of the PHP coding sites.

I'll give Kontact a try.

Don't want to use G-mail's address book or Evolution because it's linked to the net.
