adding more space to a partition form another drive?

is there any way to basicly graft more space to a partition from a second drive?

thanx for any help

Yes, you could use LVM - logical volume management. I use it on my file server to join several smaller disks into one huge partition. The HOWTO has been offline for a while due to updating but it's back now and is very up to date.
