add dll to wine

Hi...i ama trying to launch some programs with the wine...but usually a message appears that inform me that some dll's are missing. How i can find these dll's and how i can install them in order to be useful for the wine-mulator?

PS: The programs are already installed and used by the Windows 2000

Copy the dlls to your fake-c.
What program(s) are you trying to run?
Which dlls are missing?
