Accessing Linux Data through Windoze

Well, this isn't really an urgent question, but I was just wondering if there is actually a way to access data on a Linux partition from Windoze. I currently have a FAT32 partition, which I use to transfer data between the two, which works fine, but it would be so much easier if there was a way to read my linux partition through Windoze. I could install Cygwin, if that could do it, but my thinking is that if Cygwin can do it, there must be an easier way.

There's a nice utility called explore2fs which will copy files from your linux partition to your windows partition. It won't go the other way but then you don't need it to!
