Yes, you should be able to mount it (or have it mounted automatically on system boot).
For example, here's the Windows drive from my Suse 10 linux:
/dev/hda1 on /windows/C type ntfs (rw,noexec,nosuid,nodev,gid=100,umask=0002,nls=utf8)
