Access directory from specific IP

I need to enable acccess to a directory for only 1 specific IP. I run Apache 1.3 on Red Hat 8 box.

Any ideas how that's can be done?

Its easier using NFS:

# echo <directory> <ip> (rw) >> /etc/exports
# service nfs start
