Red face Accept error in kernel2.4.19


I have a server application that built under kernel2.2.14.
It run in kernel2.2.14, but after upgrade kernel to 2.4.19,
this server application get accept error.
Anybody had an experience like me?

My accplication is TCP/IP socket application in c.
Accept error with return value EINVAL.
OS: Redhat 2.6J
