about an add clarification

i just saw this add while googling sadly looking for a simpler way to make my slackware work fully under a hp compaq nx9010.
My question is simple, if you look at the very end you will find several linux distros that can be shipped along with the computer, does that mean that this distro versions can actually fully work (modem, sound, wireless...) ? or what ?

Many thanks

PS already looked into very usefull wiki (for red hat install) and freelists and a couple of classified documents floating somewhere but they are far too complicated for me .

the reason i am sying this is because until a while ago the only OS that really worked at all with this machine was red hat hat 9.0 .
i hope someone here will just say something.

thanks again
