A start job is running for dev-disk-by.device

Using bBunsenlabs (hydrogen)
A have a message that appears when I boot up:
"A start jog in running for dev for disk ...device.
I can get this to stop when I plug my mp3 player back into the usb, so I know it is related to this. I can avoid this if I comment the line in fstab for the mp3 player. How can I fix this? Can I edit the fstab file to fix this or do I need something else?

/etc/fstab
UUID=44AD-4794 /media/clip vfat user,rw,nosuid,nodev,uid=1000,gid=1000,utf8=1 0 0
I don't have a lot of experience with fstab so don't know if this is right. I wanted to put an entry in fstab because when linux autoloads the player root takes ownership of the files.

You can avoid it by adding "noauto" to the list of mount flags.
