a project concerning custom messaging on websites

i would like to make as a school project, using apache, a custom message from <lastname>.org and <lastname>.net... i dont own these domains, nor does anyone, but i was wondering if iptables ip forwarding was on the right track to accomplishing this. Any help would be greatly appreciated! thanks!

What do you mean by "message"?

Are you trying to send emails that appear to come from those domains?
