A new framework

Well, Its been 4.5 years that I have been fiddling with GNU slackware and nowadays I have been working on a project, more closely a framework.

I liked the way GNU S gives me the power to do weird things , but I have had enough. I have tested all major distros but none satisfied me as well as GNU S has always done.

I liked the speed of installation and setup of my system which incomparable. But it also has its pitfalls in terms of finishing and giving an edge.

=======================================

A lot of work has been and are being done on all distros defining our future. What I am concentrating on is that the good work done on one distro is not necessarily being exported to other distros because
1. The patches can break the system
2. The deciders might not find it correct to incorporate the change.
3. ....

Just as there is the freedesktop effort to minimise code and time on the different desktop, what about packages or anything to do with the themes source code or data available on one system but not available on another one.

I am currently testing and gathering info about source codes and other files related to package management. this should also only be easy on the end user to incorporate some small changes to his/her installation without any fuss.
I am waiting for ideas , ratings and (great) comments about such a gigantesque work .

ps: this work is not just to make another distro but to share it better and in an homogeneous way.

check out Agilo

It is an Agile project management solution that has several options for implementation.

I have been worked on this problem and now I am going to implement a system on a client-server basis.
