I have a ast advantage! adventure 6050d

I looked on the net and could not find a lot of information about it.

i want to install a 8 gig hard drive but i don't know if the bios will support it

the bios is a ast bios rel. 2.02

and the hardrive that i took out was a 428.1MB segate

I guess i will just have to put it in and see what happens.

you can also upgrade the bios. there could be another limiting factor too, but looking up the bios online (rather than the computer itself) might tell you something as well
