2.6.0 with framebuffer enabled => screen "scrambled"
hi!
i compiled my 2.6.0 with framebuffer enabled.
i selected the matrox g200 driver as well as vesa support to be compiled in, and also enabled framebuffer console support without built-in fonts.
in particular, i tried many kernel-configurations in association with framebuffer.
all i got was a scrambled screen all the time (starting at bootup until shutdown)
i tried it with 2.4.23, because i thought it could depend on red hat 9, but it worked with 2.4.23 very well.
has anybody got similar problems?
thanks in advance
meks.
