15 Basic ‘ls’ Command Examples in Linux;

Thanks. Like it says it's basic. First 'ls' alias I always set is to get consistent time notation and a proper file name view (--time-style=long-iso --quoting-style=c) and since the topic is 'ls' it's prolly also the right place to advertise http://mywiki.wooledge.org/ParsingLs

Hi,

Yes, I also setup my alias in my user's .bashrc. Save a lot of time with repeated commands.
