[putty] How to change the mouse color on console?

I use the putty to connect to the remote LINUX machines. Formerly I use Window XP and every thing is OK.

Last week I move to Windows 7 and since then the color of the mouse is blackor dark and I can't see it. I try to change the setting on putty but I couldn't find where to do this.

Maybe some one has idea?
