Unhappy 'xml-config' missing when compiling

Hey. I'm compiling a program and ./configure gives 'xml-config missing' , or something to that effect. Any ideas which package i'm missing? That's under suse7.2. Cheers.

that usually means you don't have the development package installed - you can find the xml package at gnome.org.
