I managed to get Steam workin under WineX3.3-1 nad i got CS updated and startedf playin. Everything worked fine until i connected to a server. On the steam server listing i got pings of 42 18 38 21 etc of servers i played in while on Windows. i connected to one and my ping was monstrous. like 4075? how do i make WineX have the priority internet access? a command line would be nice if possibel .

You can try nice command or renice if the process is already started. See man pages for more info But I think that you have another problem (maybe a configuration one) to have a such high ping. When you play Steam locally (you run a dedicated server and a client on the same machine), do you have a high ping???
