I just installed WineX and im getting this problem.

Can someone help me ?

These are informational errors. You apparently don't have freetype and XRender installed.

Are you able to run the programs you're attempting under WineX anyway? Apparently all programs do not need these to run, so you may not need to install them at all.

However, you certainly may install freetype and/or XRender, in which case you presumably would not get these errors any more, which would be the simplest solution.

You may also be able turn off XRender at least in the ~/home/.wine/config file by changing the relevant "Y" to "N", but that will only stop the informational error(s), it won't help you if any of the programs you're trying to run actually need this functionality.

Have you consulted the WineX Font FAQ as both errors suggest that you do?
