xmess wont run
hi, i installed the xmess-0.76.1-1.fr.i386.rpm and i tried executing it and it doesnt run. So, i tried reinstalling, but it said everything is already installed. I tried running it again. No luck. Can someone help me?

how are you trying to run it? Because I believe xmess in Linux is only a command line tool as xmame, so it wont pop up any nice gui or something. Usually, it's:
xmess <name of the rom>
to run something. Try checking the docs/faq out and post error messages in here

oh, i didn't know it was command line. well since i'd hate to bother with that (novice linux user), i'll get xmame and get the interface for it

ok...xmame gives way too many problems in terms of installing dependencies, so i went back to xmess. when i tried running xmess thorugh the command line, it said: "No suitable binary for xmess found?!?" How do i fix this?
