Wormu blackout!

I messed up in the options and now my screen is blacked out and has a floating blue box that reads: Frequency out of Range. I must have made the resolution too high. Can you give me instructions on how to correct this, e.g.:
  1. Wait a few seconds at startup
  2. Press down
  3. Press Enter
  4. Press down 3 times
  5. Press Enter

From the Warmux (formerly Wormux) FAQs:
Quote:
Options are recorded in a file dedicated to your user. You can remove this file to get back to default options. Depending on your system, the file may be located in :

* For Linux/Unix system (including Mac OS X): $HOME/.config/wormux/config.xml with $HOME corresponding to the home directory of your user, for instance /home/linus

Open a terminal and type
Code:
gedit ~/.config/wormux/config.xml
to edit the file, or
Code:
rm ~/.config/wormux/config.xml
to delete it.
Or set up your file-manager to show hidden files/folders.
