wierdo artifacts
 

hello, just a quick question (hopefully)

I have just installed americas army in linux. unfortunately, when i try to play, i get a TON of large artifacts. Everything else seems to work. ... but i can't play because of the artifacts. I was thinking it may be my graphics card, but it does work in windows. Maybe linux doesn't fully support my graphs card? I get the same problem with Unreal 2004.

I don't think it is just incomplete drivers, because wolfinstein enemy terrirory totally works (and tux racer), with no artifacts. Maybe someone else has had these same problems and knows whats going on? any help would be appreciated. thanks

Mandrake 10 official
ATI Radeon 7500
512mb of ram
2.53 ghz cpu
