Where to find (buy) games for kids?

I installed RD9 at home and obviously all MS games are about to be in a garbige-bin:-). I wonder where I can find games for kids especially for girls 8 and 11 years old.

I didn't see a similar post where I found an answer. Sorry:-)

www.linuxgames.com maybe can be of some help too

anyway, try giving wine / winex a shot before throwing them in the garbage-bin ;)

I would agree that you should try Wine/WineX before trashing the kid's favorite programs. Check out trangaming's web site. They have a list of which games work and which don't.

There are many nice games for kids

For instance, try my game Njam.
Many people wrote to me saying that they play it together with their kids (the game can be player by 1, 2, 3 or 4 players)

There are also many good games for kids, but how old is (are) your kid(s) ?
No everything is suitable for every age.

Go to transgaming website, and read the list of games that work on WineX.

WineX is Windows emulator for Linux that has DirectX support.
It is commercial software if you wish to get everying in nice'n'easy way. Or you can download sources from CVS and build it yourself (free).

Many Windows' games work nice with WineX.
